Pumpkin Spice Scones: The Tasty Cheapskate

One of today's featured recipes comes from Group B. Jean of The Tasty Cheapskate made Pumpkin Spice Scones from her assigned blog, A Spoonful of Thyme. Yes, it is pumpkin time! Jean subbed Speculoo's cookie spread for cream cheese glaze - doesn't it just look fantastic?!
